Two family friendly restaurants are less than a five minute walk. We also include complimentary kayaks, canoes, fishing poles and bicycles in the rates and free wireless hi speed internet service, and a free washer/dryer room. Fully equipped kitchenettes in all units with central air, blenders, irons and hairdryers. CD players, dvd, vcrs, color cable tv also. Large gas grills are located in our tiki huts. Boaters welcome! We are one of the only resorts in the area where boaters can trailer or drive their boats, yachts or jet skis and dock them at either of our resorts, on the bay at inter-coastal marker 48 or  the public boat launch across from our inn.  Where else can you come by boat, dock and walk to your unit with private hot tub, enjoy the beach with the best sunsets  and dine in two waterfront restaurants for dinner, Sunday brunch or a sports bar pub…..all without a car!! Discounted docking fees.

We have also been a pet friendly resort for 17 years and have a four paw rating from
“Pet’s Welcome”. You can vacation with your favorite family members (limit 2) in our bay side cottages and take the dogs out in our complimentary boats for a ride in Little Sarasota saltwater bay. There are dog friendly beaches (10 miles south), restaurants, parks, dog bakeries and doggie spas nearby! Our only rule is barking and there is an extra fee for pets.

For fishing enthusiasts or beginners, our docks or mangrove islands offer a great way to spend the day. Red fish, snook, tarpon, grouper, sheeps head, sea trout, etc. abound.

There is a public park at our “secret beach” that you can walk or boat too with secluded Gulf of Mexico views that our guests enjoy in addition to Turtle Beach where the sea turtles nest in season. Our third beach on the island is Siesta Key public beach with the sugar powder sand. Don’t miss “drum circle night” every Sunday before sunset.
